Contrary to what the name might suggest, Berghaus was founded by two British mountaineers in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the mid sixties. Famous for their waterproof jackets and insulated layers, Berghaus also gained notoriety in the late eighties and early nineties for being used by British youth on more sub-cultural excursions.
The GOSFORTH JACKET features a three-layer Hydroshell® construction with a DWR coating for waterproof protection.
It includes a protective face mask, adjustable hood, roomy Napoleon chest pockets, and articulated design for enhanced movement.
Zipped hand and internal pockets provide secure storage, while the hood's cap feature offers extra protection.
