KA-YO X ARC'TERYX UPCYCLING WORKSHOP

On December 1st 2022, Together with Arc'teryx we hosted a very special workshop with the ambition of repurposing old and damaged Arc'teryx garments. We had an amazing batch of old Gore-tex jackets, pants and scraps to work off of. Everyone picked out their favorite pieces from a bucket, and got to cutting and sewing. Regardless of whether our guests we experienced clothing designers or had never touched a sewing machine in their lives, everyone was tasked with selecting their materials, coming up with an idea for a bag and making it a final product. With the help of some very experienced seamstresses from the Arc'teryx team we were able to give old garments a new life in the form of beautiful one-of-one bags.
